Who this guide is for
Beneficiary Owner (BO) accountholders who want to view share holdings and portfolio valuation online after paying the annual registration fee.
1. Register for the service
- Open Create account from the sign-in page (or Register for balance inquiry on the Balance Inquiry service page).
- Enter BO account details that match the CDS database, plus a valid email and mobile number.
- Pay the registration fee of Tk. 200 through the online payment gateway (shurjoPay).
- Complete any email confirmation steps shown during registration.
- After successful registration, CDBL emails a username and temporary password to the address you provided.
2. Sign in
- Go to Sign in and enter the username and password from your registration email.
- Change the temporary password when prompted (use Change password where shown).
- After sign-in you can view balance, portfolio valuation, and recent transactions for linked BO accounts.
3. Forgot password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions sent to your registered address.
